Social Media Coordinator

Job Requirement

We are in search of a skilled Social media coordinator to manage our social media accounts. The candidate will create original content videos and materials, manages posts, and respond to inquireies from customers and followers to achieve organizational goals.

As a social media coordinator, you will be up-to-date with the  latest socal media trends and technologies displaying an excellent communication skills, as well as managing customers engagements through our websites and other media platform.

Other Job responsibilities

  • Embark on research to explore marketing trends and focus on suitable audience 
  • Develop and implement social media strategy to align with organizational goals
  • Set specific objectives and report on ROI
  • Create, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, blogs, and news)
  • Closely monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency
  • Communicate with customers and followers while responding to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platform)
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions

  • Proven work experience as a Social media personel
  • Experience in content management
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical and multitasking skills
  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
